How exactly is dispatch billed?
A percentage of each load's linehaul (typically 4–8% by equipment type), or a flat weekly fee if you prefer predictability. Either way, on the percentage model you pay after the broker pays — never before. No setup fees, and no charge on loads we don't book.
Is there a contract or minimum volume?
No forced volume and no long lock-in — you can cancel anytime. We'd rather keep your business by performing than by trapping you in a contract.
I'm brand new — which plan is right?
Start with the New Authority plan. We help you set up your authority, carrier packet, factoring, and compliance, then move you onto Solo or Fleet pricing once you're rolling. Our startup guides walk through every step.
