We’re a US-based operations company serving the trucking industry since 2021, with our headquarters in Houston, Texas and an office in Sheridan, Wyoming. We provide dispatch, back-office, and compliance support to motor carriers and freight brokerages — with a US-based team working around the clock so your freight is never sitting still.

• Dispatch — we plan your week, find and negotiate freight that fits your lanes and rate targets, and handle the load paperwork. You approve every load.
• Billing & back-office — invoicing, accessorial recovery, and document management so you get paid fast and in full.

How we work — the model

This part matters. Ashton is an independent dispatch agent — not a freight broker and not a motor carrier. You keep your own operating authority, you approve every load before it’s booked, and you’re paid first. We never broker your freight or take custody of your money. We operate strictly within the FMCSA bona-fide-agent framework, which keeps you protected and keeps everyone on the right side of the rules.
