Are you brokering freight or competing with me?
No. We provide back-office staffing and support to your brokerage. You keep your FMCSA authority, your bond, your shippers, your carriers, and all pricing decisions. We work inside your systems as your team — we never act as a broker or take a brokerage margin.
Do you work inside our TMS and processes?

How does carrier vetting reduce our risk?
We verify authority, insurance, and safety at onboarding and monitor continuously for lapses, revocations, and fraud signals (shared phones/VINs, sudden name changes). After Montgomery v. Caribe Transport (2026), courts look at whether a broker exercised reasonable care — ongoing vetting helps you demonstrate exactly that.
