Compliance & Filings

The DOT paperwork that keeps you legal — filed for you, on time.

Authority, registrations, fuel-tax filings, drug-and-alcohol programs, driver files, and audit prep are relentless — and expensive to get wrong. We manage the filings and enrollments so you can drive. Programs that require certification are run through qualified, licensed partners.

Compliance FAQ

How this works — and stays lawful.

Do you give legal or tax advice?
No. We're a compliance and filing service — we prepare and submit registrations, manage enrollments, and keep your records organized. We don't provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. For legal opinions or complex tax questions, we'll point you to a qualified attorney or CPA.
Who actually runs the drug & alcohol testing?
A certified third-party administrator (C/TPA) and FMCSA-approved collection sites handle the actual testing, MRO review, and consortium administration. We set up and manage your enrollment and paperwork so the program is in place and stays compliant — the regulated functions are performed by the licensed provider.
Are background checks and MVRs FCRA-compliant?
Yes. Screening is run through qualified, FCRA-compliant providers with the required driver consent and disclosures. We coordinate the process and keep the records; the reporting agency performs the regulated check.
Does using your service change who holds the authority?
No. Your authority, your registrations, and your filings are all in your company's name. We prepare and submit them on your behalf as your service provider — you remain the carrier and the responsible party.
