The questions carriers ask us.

Do I keep my own authority?
Always. We work as your bona-fide agent under a written agreement (per FMCSA guidance and 49 CFR 371). Your MC/DOT authority stays in your name, and you approve every load. We never take custody of your freight or your freight payments.
Are you a broker?
No. We're an independent dispatch service that works for you, the carrier. We book your freight through brokers, we don't negotiate with shippers or handle the shipper-carrier money, and you keep your authority. That's a fundamentally different — and separately regulated — role than a broker's.
How much does dispatch cost, and when do I pay?
Nothing upfront. Most carriers pay a percentage of each load's linehaul (typically 4–8% by equipment), or a flat weekly fee — charged only after the broker pays. See carrier plans for details.
Do you force loads on me?
Never. You approve every load before it's booked and can decline as many as you like. You decide what fits your truck, your lanes, and your home time.
